My Story

I currently offer custom occasion cakes, cupcakes, treat boxes and everything in between! Food hygiene level 2 and food allergy & intolerance training completed. Based in Pottergate Pantry, Norwich City Centre, with a 5* Food Hygiene Rating. I'm currently collection only with some exceptions for delivery; please enquire. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is usually required for all orders.

Who am I?

I'm Dani, part time escape room gamemaster, baker, kitchen porter, photographer and just about anything that's creative! 25 Years old, figuring out what I want to do with my life and loving every minute.

Where?

I work out of Pottergate Pantry, my families business where I have worked for the last 5 or so years, in 2021 I decided I wanted to take the leap and operate on my own as part of the company. We are based in Norwich lanes, a beautiful set of streets in the heart of Norwich filled with ever changing small businesses.

About?

I love desserts, always have and always will, I have always been able to create super tasty bakes, I'm just now perfecting their look! Which I think I am enjoying even more than the actual baking process.
